I did not receive what I paid for!

If you have not already done so, please take the following steps:

1. Wait 5-10 minutes in order for your purchase to be processed (sometimes this can take up to 1 hour).
2. Go on the server you bought the items for and use the command /claimproducts. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Depending on what you have purchased, you will either receive a PaperNote/RankQuest in your inventory, the item will be put into your Supply Crate loot, or the item will be directly given to you in your inventory. For PaperNotes/RankQuests, simply right click it twice in order to activate it and receive the item you've bought. Or you could trade the PaperNote/RankQuest to other players. For Supply Crate items, call in a Supply Crate with all your current Supply Crate loot using /supplycrate call while in a DropZone.

If you did not receive your full order after doing /claimproducts, please wait 1 hour and try the steps above again.

I made my purchase for the wrong server!

If you purchased something for the wrong server, please click here to contact our sales support. Do NOT claim the products with /claimproducts as we may not be able to provide compensation then.

What are PaperNotes?

PaperNotes are in-game items (usually a paper item) which you can activate and receive whatever may be assigned to them such as ranks, items, money, and more.

What are Rank Quests?

Rank Quests a "last man standing" type global event. To start a rank quest, simply activate the quest item you received after purchase. Once activated, you must survive for 30 seconds to complete the quest and receive the rank as a reward. But be aware, Rank Quests are a global event and thus any player can come kill you and take your quest item. So make sure to scout out the area and come geared and prepared for others. If you teleport, die, drop or move the quest item, the quest will be aborted and you will have to start over..

What are Supply Crates?

Supply Crate items are items that have to be delivered via a Supply Crate. In order to call in a Supply Crate with your purchased items, use /supplycrate call in a DropZone. Shortly after, a Supply Crate (a chest) will be dropped at your location. But be aware, Supply Crates are a global event and thus any player can come kill you and take your items. There is no guarantee of you receiving your items. So make sure to scout out the area and come geared and prepared for others.

I lost the PaperNote of my purchased item!

As stated multiple times throughout the purchase process as well as in /claimproducts, you are responsible for the items, including the PaperNotes, after claiming them. We are not able to provide compensation as people would take advantage of this.

I lost my Rank Quest!

As stated multiple times throughout the purchase process as well as in /claimproducts, you are responsible for the items, including the Rank Quests, after claiming them. We are not able to provide compensation as people would take advantage of this.

Someone stole the items from my Supply Crate!

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide compensation for items stolen from a Supply Crate. Mojang, the create of Minecraft, is forcing us to do it this way and we have no control over this. You are warned about this multiple times throughout the purchase process.

My Miners Howl tool is no longer working!

Please place it in your enderchest and contact our sales support.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my purchase?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In some cases, we do offer exchanges for other SkyCrafters products, of same value, if you have bought the wrong item. If this applies to you, please click here to contact our sales support.

I got banned for "Chargeback". What do I do?

Chargeback bans are usually permanent. In very rare cases, we will allow players to pay us the total sum of the chargeback(s) (incl. procressing fees) for a chargeback unban. However, you are eligible for a free unban if you were not the one to file the chargeback (e.g another player had bought you a rank in the past and now chargedback the payment) or if you close it while it is still open/in progress. How do I submit a sales support ticket?

Before submitting a sales support ticket, please read through the "Purchases" section on the left first. Your question is more than likely answered there and you may be able to resolve the issue you are experiencing yourself, which will be much faster than waiting for sales support.

How long will it take for my sales ticket to be answered?

Tickets are usually processed within 3-5 days, but we try our best to do so within 24 hours. Should you not receive a response after 7 days, please update/bump your ticket as it may have gotten lost.
